Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to a website and service that work for people of all abilities.

Last updated: July 3, 2026

Our commitment

MyPetESA serves people managing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other conditions — accessibility isn’t an add-on for us; it’s the point. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across this website.

What we’ve built in

  • Semantic HTML with landmarks, a skip-to-content link, and logical heading structure.
  • Keyboard operability for navigation, accordions, the assessment, and forms.
  • Visible focus states, sufficient color contrast, and reduced-motion support honoring your system preference.
  • Descriptive alt text for meaningful images and labels tied to every form field.
  • Telehealth accommodations: phone-based evaluations where state law permits, and extra session time on request.

Known limitations

Third-party content (embedded payment flows, some linked resources) may not fully meet our standards; we work with vendors to improve and provide alternatives on request.
