The bond is real — and the law recognizes it
For many veterans, an animal brings routine, grounding, and a steadier sense of home — especially alongside PTSD, anxiety, or depression. The Fair Housing Act protects that bond in housing, and for veterans whose condition rises to a disability, a task-trained psychiatric service dog adds public access and travel rights under the ADA.
What we do differently for veterans
Clinicians with military competence. Our network includes veterans and trauma-focused professionals — you’ll never have to explain what deployment means.
Veteran pricing. Active service members and veterans receive a discount on evaluations — mention your service to our support team before or during your assessment.
ESA or PSD guidance. Not sure which fits? Your clinician will walk through both honestly during the evaluation.
VA-adjacent, not VA-replacing. Our letters complement care you may already receive through the VA; we’re happy to coordinate documentation with your existing treatment.
In crisis? The Veterans Crisis Line is available 24/7 — dial 988, then press 1, or text 838255. Telehealth evaluations are not emergency care.
