No. Every plan is a one-time payment. If you need a freshly dated letter in the future — some housing providers ask for documentation issued within the past year — the Annual Renewal option is available, but it's never automatic.
ESA evaluations are generally not covered by insurance, which is why we keep pricing flat and transparent. We can provide a receipt if you'd like to submit it to an HSA/FSA administrator, though eligibility varies by plan.
