For clinicians
Join Our Clinician Network
Conduct ESA and PSD evaluations on your own schedule — with full clinical autonomy, compliance infrastructure, and clients who genuinely need accessible mental health care.
Why clinicians work with us
Your schedule, your caseload
Accept evaluations when you have capacity. There are no minimums or quotas — most clinicians in our network conduct evaluations alongside an existing practice.
Full clinical autonomy
You approve only the clients who genuinely qualify. Our refund policy exists precisely so you never feel pressure to approve — declining is always the right call when the clinical picture doesn’t support a letter.
Compliance handled
State-specific letter templates, AB 468-style 30-day workflows for the states that require them, renewal scheduling, and a verification desk that answers landlord inquiries without exposing clinical details.
Clients who need you
Renters facing housing deadlines, students navigating campus accommodations, veterans, and people seeking an accessible entry point to mental health care.
Who we're looking for
- Active, unrestricted license (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, psychologist, psychiatrist, or PMHNP)
- Licensed in at least one U.S. state — multi-state licensure is a plus
- Comfortable conducting telehealth evaluations
- Professional liability insurance
- Commitment to honest, clinically grounded determinations
Clinician questions
Clinicians are paid per completed evaluation — including evaluations that result in a decline. We believe paying for the clinical work, not the approval, is the only ethical model in this space.
Clients complete a structured intake before you meet them. You review it, conduct a telehealth session, make your determination, and issue documentation through our letter tools. Most evaluations take 20–40 minutes end to end.
Your letters state your clinical determination — nothing more. Our verification desk handles authenticity checks so you’re not fielding landlord calls, and our templates are built around HUD guidance and state documentation rules.
Yes. For Arkansas, California, Iowa, Louisiana, and Montana, our platform schedules the two-session workflow automatically so the client relationship requirement is satisfied before any letter is issued.
