How does compensation work?
Clinicians receive payment for every completed evaluation, regardless of whether the client qualifies for an ESA Letter or PSD Letter. We compensate you for your professional time and expertise—not for approvals—allowing every clinical decision to remain completely independent and ethical.
What does the evaluation process look like?
Clients first complete a secure online intake before scheduling a telehealth appointment. You'll review their information, conduct a comprehensive mental health evaluation, determine whether an Emotional Support Animal Letter or Psychiatric Service Dog Letter is clinically appropriate, and issue documentation through our secure platform if approved. Most evaluations take approximately 20–40 minutes.
Will I have to communicate with landlords or employers?
